Toasted Salmon & Beet Sandwich




2 Slices of Rudi's Sprouted Honey Wheat Bread toasted


1 Beet cooked and sliced


1/4 lb of grilled salmon


1 Tbs organic shredded mozzerella cheese


Organic coconut oil to spread on toast





Place two slices of Rudi's bread in toaster oven.


In a seperate plate, break apart salmon with fork; add shredded mozzerella cheese and warm until melted. Set aside.


Spread coconut oil to toasted bread, flip bread over and place sliced beets and warmed salmon with melted cheese. Top with other toasted slice of bread. Cut in half and enjoy!!
