About Sherri
Spreading awareness about women's menopausal health is extremely meaningful to me because I want women to know that there are simple and natural ways to navigate through this challenging time. When I'm not speaking, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and continuing to learn.

Hello! My name is Sherri Sherock, and I am a board certified Functional Nutrition Practitioner, Peri-Postmenopause Specialist, and Personal Trainer. For almost a decade, I struggled through my midlife transition, facing new health issues every week. I experienced weight gain, sleep disruptions, and extreme fatigue, which was quite scary since I didn't understand the reasons behind these symptoms. I felt like I was going around in circles seeking support but not getting any answers to sort out all the physical, emotional, social, and mental changes without being offered a pill or "the pill."
Thanks to becoming a certified Peri-Postmenopause Specialist and a Functional Practitioner, I have made positive changes in my personal and professional life. I now understand what is happening in my body and have learned that there are lifestyle options that can help balance hormones and alleviate menopausal symptoms for good. This knowledge has provided me with the opportunity to educate and empower women with knowledge of the different phases of menopause and provide them with actionable steps.
