Salmon Burgers

 

Ingredients:

 

2- 6 ounce cans salmon; drained  

 

1/2 cup dry whole-wheat breadcrumbs

 

1 egg; slightly beaten

 

 

1/4 sweet onion; finely chopped

 

1/4 cup yellow bell pepper; finely chopped

 

1/4 tsp sea salt

 

1/4 tsp ground pepper

 

Ezekiel Sprouted Grain Tortillas

 

Spinach, tomato slices for serving on side

 

 

Directions:

 

Spray medium skillet with coconut oil; set aside. In a large bowl combine all ingredients except tortillas. Mix well and form into patties. Place patties in skillet over medium heat and cook until lightly browned on both sides; 5 minutes each. Serve in tortilla with tomato, spinach and a side of quinoa.
