(slow cooker recipe)
6 Medium red potatoes, quartered
3 lb. Chicken pieces, skin removed
2 lg. Red onions, quartered
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Water
3 tsp Dried oregano
1 tsp. Sea salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1 Tbs. Olive oil
Place potatoes in slow cooker, topped by chicken, onions and garlic.
In small bowl mix water, oregano, sea salt and pepper.
Pour mixture over ingredients in slow cooker, then top off with olive oil.
Cover and cook on high for 5 to 6 hours, or on ow 9 to 10 hours.
Enjoy over organic quinoa and vegetables on the side.
