Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal




1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Rolled Oats


1 cup water


1/8 tsp salt


1 Apple, chopped  


Cinnamon (to taste)


Honey (optional)

Walniuts (optional)




Prepare oatmeal according to package instructions.

Mix in remaining ingredients and enjoy!
