Service Description

I have had a lot of requests to do a workshop focusing on hips and glutes, so Hips & Heinies virtual workshop is coming your way! The pain you may be feeling can be caused from stress, being sedentary for most of the day or overworked muscles from exercise.  Muscles in the body tighten, which leads to pain. In the Hips & Heinies workshop I will show SMR Self-myofascial Release techniques that you can do on your own to alleviate pain and gain more mobility. Anyone experiencing these issues will benefit from this workshop including desk workers, drivers, fitness enthusiasts, aging adults or people just wanting to learn more about how to perform self myofascial release.
