Spinach Ricotta Turkey Burgers

 

Ingredients:

 

1 lb Ground turkey

 

1/2 cup ricotta cheese or cottage cheese

 

1/2 tsp. Sea salt

 

1/2 tsp Pepper

 

 

1 Egg (beaten)

 

1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs (plain)

 

1 Tbsp Braggs 24 Herb & Spices Seasoning

 

Whole wheat burger buns

 

 

Toppings, such as lettece, spinach, onion and tomato slices if desired.

 

 

 

Directions:

 

Preheat grill to medium-high. Combine turkey, ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, egg, panko and seasoning. Divide meat into 4-5 burgers to desired size. Cook burgers without moving until bottom of burgers are brown (3 to 4 minutes), flip, grill or another 3 to 4 minutes more or until completely cooked internally. Serve immediately on buns and or with desired toppings.
