It's all about breaking down the social stigma of Women 40+ by educating women how to be STRONG mentally + physically.

We offer (4) four keynote topics to choose from that make the most impact on any woman's menopausal journey.
NUTRITION THROUGH MENOPAUSE
We educate about what foods to eat, hydration, gut health, how to reduce hot flashes, inflammation and other menopausal symptoms through nutrition.
FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT THROUGH MENOPAUSE
Educating what and when to perform exercises during the phases of each month. Examples of how to strengthen the core, build muscle, and more.
SLEEP DEPRIVATION THROUGH MENOPAUSE
How and why sleep is top priority during the menopausal phases. We discuss foods, herbs, sleep hygiene and much more to improve sleep, so your body can rest, heal and repair.
ALL THREE TOPICS COMBINED
We touch on all three topics of Functional Nutrition, Movement and Sleep during the Menopausal Phases.
These presentations are offered to small or large groups, corporate offices or any organization that would like to educate women on how they can make a difference with their menopausal health through lifestyle behaviors. Speaking engagements can be in-person or virtual.
