Chocolate Protein Pancakes

 

Ingredients:

 

1/2 cup Almond meal

 

1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology or protein powder of choice

 

1 Ripe banana

 

1 Egg, beaten

 

 

 

Directions:

 

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Drop a tablespoon of pancake batter into skillet. Wait about 4 minutes, then flip. Cook another couple minutes. Serve with Greek yogurt, unsweetened applesauce or almond butter for additional protein. Freeze any leftovers or have then for a power snack!

 

Makes 8 medium pancakes
