Sherri's Protein Packed Breakfast Jolt

 

 

Ingredients:

 

1 - 5.3oz Plain Greek Organic Yogurt (Stoneyfield also my fav!)

 

1 tsp. peanut butter (organic and natural, w/out hydrogenated oils)

 

1/4 cup Organic Granola (Nature's Path Chia is my fav!)

 

1/2 banana cut up to small pieces

 

Directions:

 

Mix peanut butter into plain greek yogurt. Add in remaining ingredients and enjoy!

 

This breakfast will give you a great mix of protein and carbs that will keep you full and allow you to build muscle in a balanced way. Great before or after a workout!
