My goal as a personal trainer is to educate how specific exercises will help you perform daily activities with ease and WITHOUT PAIN through Functional Fitness. Our bodies know movements rather than muscles. Performing exercises in different speeds and planes of motion, mimic the activities of daily living.
My approach to training is to meet you at your current fitness level, create a step-by-step plan, and empower you to perform these daily activities functionally through a combination of strength, core, balance and flexibility exercises.

You and I will train in a smaller, one-to-one gym setting to avoid the crowds. Perfect for building confidence as you become a stronger, healthier version of you. NO GYM MEMBERSHIP is required.
We will take small steps and keep things SIMPLE, so no need to feel like EVERYTHING needs to change all at once.

I currently hold my personal training sessions at the new Mercy Medical Center in Oregon and Mercy Medical Center in Toledo. There is no gym membership fee required for personal training sessions. Personal training sessions can also be conducted at Mercy St. V's Hospital Fitness Center per request.
First initial consultation meeting is free (worth $50) to talk about fitness goals and to get to know you better. From there, a tailor made exercise plan will be created just for you to lose and obtain body and life balance.

Personal Training at your own Residence
This option allows a more comfortable environment in which I come to your residence for personal training. I will bring the exercise equipment to you, so you can get fit and strong in the comfort of your own home. This option is dependent on distance of location and time availability.
Virtual Consultation Sessions are done virtually only!
Personal Training at your corporate office
This option allows an easier way to get a workout in during the day. Whether you prefer a one-to-one personal training session or want to workout with a group of co-workers. It's a great way to get healthy and fit and still have your evenings open for family and personal time.
