Nick's Spinach Bites

 

Ingredients:

 

7 oz. Raw or frozen spinach, chopped

 

2 oz. Raw or frozen broccoli, chopped

 

2 oz. Raw or frozen onion, chopped

 

1 Egg

 

1/2 tsp. Garlic powder  

 

Pinch of Sea salt

 

Pinch of ground pepper

 

Pinch of nutmeg

 

Bread Crumbs

 

Directions:

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking pan with coconut oil. Place all ingredients except breadcrumbs in a food processor making sure all ingredients are mixed well. Form the mixture into 1" balls and roill each in a plate of bread crumbs until completely covered. Place balls on greased pan and bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
