This class uses tools such as foam rollers, myofascial rods, balls and other tools to release the fascia and trigger points in the body. This technique will unlock stiffness and flush out toxins to promote healthy, open posture.

This class is great for people with acute & chronic pain, exercise enthusiasts, yogis and athletes. Myofascial release can help a person regain function and flexibility after injuries and treat discomfort in many parts of your body.  

 

​Fascial imbalances can lead to a host of physical problems, from chronic pain to limited range of motion. Our fascia is rich with nerves, clearing up these tissues creates a direct pathway for nerve signals to flow to the brain, which aids body awareness and coordination.
