This personal session uses tools such as foam rollers, myofascial rods, balls and other tools to release the fascia and trigger points in the body. This technique will unlock stiffness and flush out toxins to promote healthy, open posture.

This individual session is great for people with acute & chronic pain, exercise enthusiasts, yogis and athletes. Myofascial release can help a person regain function and flexibility after injuries and treat discomfort in many parts of your body.

In the Hips & Heinies workshop I will show SMR Self-myofascial Release techniques that you can do on your own to alleviate aches and gain more mobility.
