Meatza Pizza




1 lb lean ground turkey


1 egg


Garlic powder to taste


Sea salt & ground pepper to taste


Onion powder to taste


1/2 cup Tomatoe sauce


Thinly sliced vegetables: yellow squash, mushrooms, spinach


1/2 cup Low fat mozzarella cheese (optional)






Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine ground turkey, egg and seasonings; mix well. Pour meat mixture into a lightly grease pan and shape into a pizza shape. Bake for 15-20 minutes then remove and let cool for 5 minutes. (Blot excess fat from dish and top). Top with tomatoe sauce, low fat mozzarella cheese and vegetable toppings; bake in oven for an additional 10-15 minutes.
