My goal is listen and support YOU in a step by step process implementing ways to get you where YOU desire to be. Encouraging and educating YOU on ways to TRANSFORM your health & wellbeing.
We will explore the goals you wish to achieve and what obstacles are preventing you from reaching them. Uncovering indicators of hormone imbalance that women don't often have the opportunity to talk or ask questions about such as weight gain, hot flashes, mood swings and sleep disturbances.
Our sessions will be about what is right for YOU, so you can begin to feel full of energy, well rested and most important... HEALTHY!
Preventative healing and repair begins with nutrition & lifestyle habits. Whole foods and staying active is key to keep your body young and running properly.

A successful program takes a minimum 3-month commitment to yourself. The timeline depends on your goals.
Adding additional months on to your 3-month package is optional and can be discussed during consultation or prior to your 3-month package completion.

Free 30-minute Discovery Consultation where you share your health goals, values and review your Lifestyle Health-History Questionnaire with me. Discuss how by working together YOU can reach your goals by taking small steps to the life you have been wanting.
*The Lifestyle Heath-History Questionnaire will need to be returned via email for preliminary analysis before your initial consultation.
After the Discovery Consultation, you will receive a Coaching Agreement based on your specific goals, time frame, coaching fees and details about weekly client and coach interactions as discussed per our consultation.
