Private Yoga and SMR (Self Myofascial Release)sessions allows for a more intimate view of your own self care practice. 

Traditionally, yoga was taught by one teacher directly to one student.  Several ancient teachers understood the importance of an individualized yoga practice catering to each student’s particular needs. 

In today's fast paced environment, that one to one opportunity still exists. When you consider working with an instructor in a private session, the instructor is able to help you experience the benefits of yoga or SMR in a safe, personalized way. Private lessons provide the perfect setting to address your goals and work on areas of interest without the noise of a group class setting. Private sessions can also help you deepen your practice, gain confidence, get questions answered and get the guidance for practicing on your own.

These one on one classes are specifically designed for the overused, overworked, tired body. Our 30 or 60 minute personalized restorative sessions will melt away the stress, burnout and fatigue you encounter everyday.

 

Individuals with an active lifestyle or running on empty without taking time to "fill up your cup" for self-care are causing wear and tear mentally & physically.  

As we age, we slowly lose our flexibility, strength and range of motion. We start to feel pain in our daily functional movements. Our one to one classes will help you reset your mobility and overcome body stiffness with the release of tension points and fascia . 

This is YOUR TIME for the next 30-60 minutes, so make every minute count and savor this "me time" that you so much deserve!

Personal restorative sessions allow you to listen to your body and be present in the moment. These personal fitness classes will move slowly to help you Rejuvenate, Restore and Recover.  

Our sessions will heal your body, soul & spirit, so you can move into a slow building flow into movement.
