Coconut Pomegranate Chia Pudding

 

Ingredients:

 

1 1/2 Cups of Coconut Milk 

 

1/2 Cup Pomegranate Juice 

 

1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

 

1/4 Agave

 

2/3 Cup Chia Seeds

 

 

Directions:

 

In a medium size bowl whisk together the cocnut milk, pomogranate juice, vanilla, and agave. Whisk in chia seeds. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours, whisking again after 2 hours.

 

Garnish with pomogranate seeds or raspberries.
