Baked Cinnamon Apples

 

 

Ingredients:

 

4 Organic apples washed and cored  

 

1 tsp of cinnamon (per apple)

 

1/2 Tbs of butter (per apple)

 

1 Tbs Bob's Red Mill cooking oats (per apple)

 

1 tsp maple syrup (per apple)

 

 

Directions:

 

Core apples stilll leaving the bottom intact. Fill each apple with cinnamon, butter, cooking oats and maple syrup.

 

Cook on 350 degress for one hour or until desired tenderness. Enjoy warm!!
